The manager attribute could be useful for business process and service approvals, but reading it using standard methods from Azure AD could be difficult as expanding it will return a complex object. Also, a manager could change often in some companies and for that reason, having a process that updates it automatically is very important.

This connector imports Azure Active Directory manager attribute in Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management.
