Description

The TAP.DE addon for professional inventory bookings supports the reliable mass processing of asset bookings.

Regardless of whether new devices are to be recorded in the goods receipt, existing assets are to be rebooked, or worn-out devices are to be scrapped – the addon helps to keep asset inventory data constantly up-to-date.

Using barcode or QR code scanners, asset transactions can be recorded even more easily and quickly.

How the addon supports you in your daily business:

Posting / First Receipt / Goods Receipt
Capture any number of assets of any type simultaneously and efficiently in the
Matrix42 solution. Scan serial numbers, inventory numbers or device names, store
delivery note information and easily assign a storage location to the devices. All in
just one go!

Transfer
Do you need to set up a new workstation or reorganise? An employee receives
new or additional assets, or has to return assets? No problem. Scan as many asset
types as you like and assign these assets a new location or warehouse, a new
status or even a new employee.

Derecognise / Scrap
Have assets reached the end of their useful life or do you simply need to write
off defective equipment? Here, too, you can scan any number of equipment
types and assign a suitable status. The main users are automatically removed, the
storage location is deleted and a suitable status is set. An optional comment can
be added for later traceability.
