Set Portal Incident Visibility
Configure dynamic restrictions that control the visibility of incidents to others.
The App Set Portal Incident Visibility provides an easy way to make Incidents visible in the Matrix42 Service Store Portal for all who share the same Cost-Center, Organizational Unit or Location with the owner of the respective Incidents. The scope that is to be be used can be configured the the Global Settings ‘Service Desk Extension’. One can also filter and exclude objects like ‘Global’.
