Learning Objectives

You will learn the basics of IT Service Management according to ITIL 4 at the Foundation Level. This includes the basic ITIL 4 principles, practices and roles. During the training you will acquire the necessary language skills and prepare yourself optimally for the official ITIL 4 Foundation exam. The ITIL Foundation exam examines the theoretical knowledge you have learned so that you can move confidently in IT Service Management practice and successfully master the further path to becoming a Managing Professional or Leader.

You’ll take the exam directly after the training

Additional information: You’ll need to answer 26 questions (65%) correctly to pass the exam.
The maximum score is 40 (100%).
No tools are allowed and it is not a scenario-based exam.
Credits: You will receive 2 ITIL credits for successfully passing the ITIL Foundation exam.
