Asset Journal Automation

Description

This solution automatically generates journal entries to assets in Matrix42 Service Store.
A record for the following types of changes is kept:

• Creation of a new asset
• Owner (organisation unit and/or location and/or cost center)
• Principal user
• Status
• Liability
• Workplace
• Environment
• Management Type

Each record contains the name of the employee, date and time of the change and the changed values.
The changes are documented regardless of beeing initiated by an employee or by an automated process.
