For those responsible for hardware or financial accounting, it is often necessary to be able to track changes to devices transparently and easily. This is often difficult and only partially possible with the existing archive function.
With this AddOn, changes to the attributes
- cost center,
- organizational unit,
- main user
are logged and displayed in a clear and analyzable way. This information is stored together with the change date and a reference to the corresponding person who made the changes. In this way, you can easily track all changes.
For example, you can read out who made the assignment of a device at what time. A demand-oriented allocation of internal costs or correct booking of hardware is thus easily possible.
